with the story. good morning. >> good morning. most polls show the president dominated this debate. the governor made it clear that attacking him was not on the agenda. a handshake and a tap on the arm touched off the final debate. the focus -- foreign policy. >> i know you have not been in a position to execute foreign policy. but every time you've offered an opinion, you have been wrong. >> attacking me is not an agenda. attacking me is not talking about how we will deal with challenges in the middle east. >> president obama and governor romney also disagreed on the size and the budget of the military. >> our navy is smaller now than anytime since 1917. the navy said they needed 313 ships to carry out their mission. >> we also have fewer horses and bayonets because the nature of our military has changed. we have aircraft carriers, where planes land on them. >> on china. >> china can be our partner.

>> police major help in identifying a man whose body was found more than a year ago. kim dacey has more. good morning. >> good morning. police released the sketch yesterday. they hope somebody can recognize his face to close the case. investigators say he's between 40 and 60 years old. they believe he is from the dundalk area. his body was found floating in the back river under the beltway bridge last september. police have not been able to identify him through the autopsy or dna testing. they turned to a forensic artist to reconstruct a reasonable facsimile of what he looked like. they say some details might not be accurate. they are asking everyone to look at his face to help end this mystery. >> he was somebody's son. he may have been somebody's father, husband, brother. we would very much like to know who he is so that we can notify people who may have been close

to him. >> police are asking anyone with information to give them a call at 410-307-2020. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. the search continues for the person who shot and killed a man in baltimore over the weekend appeared the victim was found saturday night on the garrison boulevard with a gunshot wound to the head. anyone with information should call police. >> three suspects are being held this morning without bail. antonio johnson, james braxton, and guyon mathurine each face attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault charges. the man targeted their victim early sunday morning. the victim is in good condition this morning. a prince george's county boy

accused of beating a 2-year-old will be sentenced later this morning. the child entered an alford plea to involuntary manslaughter charges. an autopsy confirmed the victim died of blunt force trauma. >> baltimore city has a new police commissioner. anthony batts was confirmed to the position he has been occupying the last few weeks. he succeeds fred bealefeld who retired this summer after more than three decades on the force. >> some good news for victims of a fire. all five victims are now out of the hospital. a firefighter was also injured falling off a ladder. it is unclear whether the home avenue had any

that warm air is pushing towards us and trying to kick off a few showers. we can see some rain up in pennsylvania. the further north you go from baltimore, the better the chance you will see a sprinkle. most of you will not. most of us was the high, thin cloud cover. we will make it into the 70's today. this is a tropical storm sandy north of panama. a lot of the computer models taken up the east coast, just off the delmarva beaches. that is a storm will have to keep an eye on. but for today, a mixture of sun and clouds. a slight chance for a shower. high temperatures into the upper 70's to around 80 degrees. we will hit 80 tomorrow.

looking good in terms of delays. not a lot in terms of delays at the harbor tunnel. 70 west of the beltway not attracting much in terms of delays. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> a teenager will spend 20 years in prison for beating a girl and kicking her in the head. he was convicted in july of the attack on the girl, the her permanently brain damaged. flew into a rage after some heated text messages with a girl. lindsay lohan is in the clear. prosecutors dropped hit and run charges filed against her earlier. she was accused of leaving the scene of an accident. prosecutors did not say why they decided not to move forward.

as a pastor, my support for question 6 is rooted in my belief that the government should treat everyone equally. i wouldn't want someone denying my rights based upon their religious views, so i shouldn't deny others based upon mine. it's about fairness. i support this law because it doesn't force any church to perform a same sex marriage if it's against their beliefs. and that's what this is about. protecting religious freedom
